In what's become a running theme this season, the Dudley Panthers gave their fans yet another huge victory on Wednesday. They took their contest at home with ease, bagging a 62-26 victory over Reidsville. Given Dudley's advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 174th, while Reidsville is ranked 426th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Dudley got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jewel Pass out in front who scored 12 points along with six steals. Pass has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last ten times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Aadriana Moses, who scored 11 points along with six steals.
Dudley is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. As for Reidsville, they now have a losing record at 8-9.
Dudley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 55-49 victory vs. Rockingham County on the 9th. Reidsville has also already played their next match, a 59-14 loss against McMichael on the 9th.
