They took a 72-68 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians. The Eagles have struggled against the Indians recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Wheeler's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ashton Beene, who shot 60% from the field to rack up 25 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals. The matchup was Beene's third in a row with at least 25 points. Another player making a difference was Brandon Lowery, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 11 boards.

Itawamba Agricultural's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Keshun Wilson, who almost dropped a double-double with 23 points and nine assists. Rylan Tutor also deserves some recognition as he grabbed his first steal of the season.

Wheeler's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Itawamba Agricultural, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
