The Creek Wood defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the match. The victory bumped Creek Wood's record up to 4-2. White House-Heritage are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-7.
Creek Wood will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Sycamore. Sycamore took a loss in their last game and are no doubt out to reverse Creek Wood's good fortune. As for White House-Heritage, they will face off against White House. Both of those teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
