D1 District 3 (8 Man) recap September 17, 2013
Emerson-Hubbard fell to Creighton 66-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Tyler Haberman was a bright spot for the Pirates, as he ran for 29 yards in the defeat.
Allen led D1 District 3 (8 Man) in scoring this week by notching 59 points on Omaha Nation. Brian Boese ran for 216 yards during the win.
Boese was the best running back in the league this week. Caleb Thomas also contributed to the rushing game with 72 yards on the ground.
Boese was a force in the backfield as the Eagles bested the Chiefs.
Boese provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Allen defeated Omaha Nation.
Austin Connot was the best receiver in the league this week as Dave Uldrich's team topped Darren Wolfe's team.
