Lancaster gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 63-24 win over Williamsville East. With Lancaster ahead 40-12 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Madison Francis had an outrageously good game as she scored 27 points along with 8 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of McKenna Corcoran, who scored 8 points along with 7 rebounds.
Even though Frewsburg has not done well against Panama recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. Frewsburg breezed by Panama on the road to the tune of 68-22. The win made it back-to-back wins for Frewsburg.
Frewsburg found their leader in underclassman Jadyn Trocki, who scored 21 points along with 8 steals and 6 assists. That makes it two consecutive games in which Trocki has scored at least 25% of Frewsburg's points. Another player making a difference was Ava Jimerson, who scored 12 points along with 6 rebounds and 4 steals.
