Silliman Institute got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Katie Ryan Dawson out in front who posted 21 points in addition to five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Josie Dart, who went 5 for 9 en route to 14 points plus five steals.
The win made it two in a row for Silliman Institute and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Adams County Christian will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Park Place Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on November 14th. As for Silliman Institute, they will head out on the road to face off against St. Joseph Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
