Faith Christian will need to focus on slowing down Malachi Barker, one of several Galesburg Christian players who made an impact when they last played. He almost dropped a double-double with 13 points and nine rebounds. That was a full 36.1% of Galesburg Christian's points, marking the fourth time in a row Barker has posted more than a third of the team's points. Johnny Miller was another key player, going 5-for-9 on his way to 10 points.
Faith Christian now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Galesburg Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
This contest is shaping up to be a blowout: Faith Christian hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 55.4 points per game.
