After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Crestview, LaBrae was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Garfield G-Men 51-17. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 21 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Garfield still got an impressive performance from Mandy Cardinal, who posted eight points and five rebounds. Kolby Fresch also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.

LaBrae is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.1 points per game. As for Garfield, they now have a losing record at 5-6.

LaBrae has already played their next match (against Newton Falls), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Garfield wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 45-34 defeat against Crestwood on the 18th.
