Lakewood extended their home winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Aniyah Lindsey. The Lancers simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Compton Tarbabes 66-25 for which the team can thank Lindsey, who went 8-for-16 to rack up 17 points along with five rebounds and five steals. She has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 14 times she's played.
Joycelyn Scott was another key player, putting up eight points and three steals. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.
