Marshall Academy extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Jordan Patterson. The Griffons simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Varsity Opponent 88-30 with plenty of help from Patterson, who dropped a double-double with 29 points and 19 rebounds. The game was his third in a row with at least 15 points.
The team also got some help courtesy of Olu'Shola Kemp, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and 14 boards. Kemp is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: he's pulled down at least eight every time he's taken the court this season.
Marshall Academy's victory bumped their record up to 3-0.
Marshall Academy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Jackson Preparatory & Early College at 6:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026.
