The final result isn't all that surprising considering Texas Wind's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked second, while Fort Bend Chargers HomeSchool is ranked 36th).

It was another big night for Rhys Bonow, who threw for 297 yards and five touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes. He has been hot for a while, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last nine times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Zane Walker, who gained 72 total yards and four touchdowns.
Texas Wind didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Fort Bend Chargers HomeSchool to a completion percentage of just 26.7%. The team can thank Walker for the heroic effort on defense: he. Texas Wind has been improving in that area: they had allowed a completion percentage of 0.65 earlier this season, but they've only allowed one of 0.65 in their last three games.
Special teams played a big role in the game for Texas Wind, adding 13 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Jon Alexander, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.
Meanwhile, BVCHEA HomeSchool waltzed into their matchup on Friday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They put the hurt on the Royals with a sharp 62-42 victory. 62 seems to be a good number for the Mustangs as the team scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.
The match pitted two dominant backs against one another in Charlie Pote and Dane Kerr. Pote had a great game and rushed for 216 yards and three TDs on only 14 carries. Meanwhile, Kerr was balling out in the loss, rushing for 90 yards and a pair of scores on only 12 carries.
BVCHEA HomeSchool didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Pote and Luke George. BVCHEA HomeSchool got some further help from Boone Tucker: he made 14 total tackles (1.0 for loss).
BVCHEA HomeSchool's victory bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Texas Wind, their win bumped their record up to 13-0.
