Basalt's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Calum Inglis, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Inglis has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Taylor Hays, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds.
Delta lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Tucker Johnson, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. Johnson has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last five times he's played. Erik Baier was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with 13 rebounds.
Basalt now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Delta, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.
