Basketball Recap: Four Straight Road Victories for Cornerstone Christian Academy

Cornerstone Christian Academy won the last time they faced Victory Christian Academy and Davin Fuller did his part to make sure it happened again. The Crusaders breezed past the Patriots to the tune of 84-51 on Thursday thanks in part to Fuller, who dropped a double-double with 27 points and 24 rebounds. Fuller is crushing it when it comes to boards: he's pulled down at least ten every time he's taken the court this season.

Another player making a difference was Shamar Clark, who shot 56% from the field to rack up 10 points. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Victory Christian Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Orlando Little, who posted 24 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremiah Erwin, who scored 19 points.

Cornerstone Christian Academy's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.5 points over those games. As for Victory Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
