The Thunder blew past the Terrors, posting a 48-8 win. The Thunder pushed the score to 48-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Terrors cut but never quite recovered from.
Meanwhile, Pueblo South waltzed into their contest on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Rangers 48-10.
Discovery Canyon better keep an eye on Chace Hurley. He was instrumental in Pueblo South's win, rushing for 108 yards and a pair of scores on only ten carries. Hurley was even better on defense, forcing one fumble and making 14 total tackles in addition to snagging an interception which he returned one-yard for a touchdown. Jake Pisciotta did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 93 receiving yards.
