The Kehillah School Rams will take on the KIPP Navigate College Prep Tigers in a tournament on Monday. The Kehillah School is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.
While The Kehillah School's victory against Mid-Peninsula wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Rams skirted past the Dragons 3-2.
The Kehillah School found their leader in sophomore Niksa Sheikh-Bahaei, who had nine kills, eight aces, and three digs. Kishi Towfiq was another key player, getting seven kills, four aces, three digs, and one block.
The Kehillah School was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 19 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 25 consecutive contests dating back to last season.

KIPP Navigate College Prep won the last time they faced Stratford Prep and Natasha Isidro did her part to make sure it happened again. The Tigers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Lions on Wednesday for which the team can thank Isidro, who had ten digs and two aces. Towfiq has been hot recently, having also posted five or more kills the last four times she's played.
One reason for the win was KIPP Navigate College Prep's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 30-28, 25-23, 25-12.
The Kehillah School's record is now 9-5. As for KIPP Navigate College Prep, their record now sits at 14-2.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Monday's match: The Kehillah School has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 21.4 aces per game. However, it's not like KIPP Navigate College Prep struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 21.6 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
