Perhaps the best among them was Ashley Rucker, who scored nine points. Rucker scored a full 26.5% of Middle Tennessee Christian's points, the fourth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Anna clay Shirley, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds.
Middle Tennessee Christian has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season. As for Webb, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-4.
Middle Tennessee Christian and East Nashville Magnet will face off at 10:00 a.m. on December 28th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
