Adding to the longest winning streak in Pac-7 this week, Atascadero beat Paso Robles 22-21. This was the team's sixth consecutive win.
Atascadero and the Bearcats played the most contested game in the league this week, with Atascadero eventually emerging with a 22-21 victory. Rob Berwick threw for 219 yards and 2 touchdowns and ran for 14 yards during the win.
Curry Parham threw for 228 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Izaiah Cooks was the best running back in the league this week. He ran for 160 yards on 31 carries as Vic Cooper's team beat West. Teammate Nick Ducasse added to the ground attack by rushing for 62 yards.
6-foot-3 quarterback Parham of the Knights is the league leader in passing yards this season with 1,717. He has also thrown 13 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Bailey Gaither. The Paso Robles star has 40 catches for 701 yards.
Colin Cooper of the Righetti is just 22 yards short of surpassing 1,000 rushing yards for the season. In 166 carries Cooper has put up 978 yards this year.
San Luis Obispo lost to Arroyo Grande 56-14 last week, the largest margin of any game.
