Sunny Hills and Pacifica are an even 3-3 against one another since December of 2017, but not for long. The Lancers will be taking part in a tournament against the Mariners at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sunny Hills is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.4 points per game this season.

Sunny Hills is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Tustin just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 54-44 to the Tillers.

Despite the loss, Sunny Hills had strong showings from Jayden Bai, who went 5-for-10 on his way to 15 points and seven boards, and Immanuel Lin, who posted 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Zach Castillo, who had three points and nine rebounds.

Meanwhile, Pacifica came up short against Beckman on Tuesday and fell 60-47.

Sunny Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Pacifica, their loss dropped their record down to 6-2.

Sunny Hills was able to grind out a solid victory over Pacifica in their previous matchup back in January, winning 47-34. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lancers since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
