Cochranton was the clear victor by a 49-28 margin over Cambridge Springs. The victory was familiar territory for Cochranton who now have three in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Cochranton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Shelby Mcbryar, who scored 16 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. Eve Pfeiffer was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
Cochranton pushed their record up to 11-9 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Cambridge Springs, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost seven of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.
Cochranton will look to defend their home court on Monday against Maplewood at 6:00 p.m. Hopefully Cochranton focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 on Thursday. As for Cambridge Springs, they will head out on the road to challenge Union City at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
