It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Saint Andrew's Scots had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Owls 82-34 at home. Saint Andrew's has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 21 points or more this season.
It was another big night for Brooklyn Vick, who scored 22 points along with eight assists and six steals. He hasn't dropped below two steals for nine straight games. Alex Montes was another key contributor, scoring 18 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
The win was the third in a row for Saint Andrew's, bringing their record for this year to 18-6. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.7 points per game. As for FAU High, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-22.
Saint Andrew's will face off against Katz Yeshiva at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Saint Andrew's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last six matchups. FAU High does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
