Norris is 7-0 against Aurora since December of 2016, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Norris Titans will be home for the holidays to greet the Aurora Huskies at 6:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Norris has four straight wins, Aurora has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Last Friday, Norris beat Seward 46-37.
Ella Johnson was her usual excellent self, scoring eight points along with seven rebounds and five blocks. Those five blocks set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Grace Kohler, who scored five points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
Meanwhile, Aurora was beaten by Northwest 64-32 on Saturday.
Norris pushed their record up to 4-1 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Aurora, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
Everything came up roses for Norris against Aurora in their previous meeting back in December of 2022 as the team secured a 52-11 win. With Norris ahead 25-5 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
