Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Cody walked away with it. Everything went their way against the Pinedale Wranglers on Friday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Broncs sure are getting used to it with their ninth in a row.
Ellie Talich paced Cody's offense, picking up 11 kills. Talich got some help from Maddie Beaudrie and her 32 assists. Talich was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.
Cody's win bumped their record up to 32-2. As for Pinedale, their loss dropped their record down to 19-14-1.
Cody didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Lovell on the 1st. Pinedale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
