Acadiana Christian had won five straight games and Yvette Olivier did her part to make it six on Saturday. The Lions came out on top against Faith Training Christian Academy by a score of 48-39 for which the team can thank Olivier, who posted 19 points and five steals. Her morning made it seven games in a row in which she has scored at least 16 points.

Avery Tabb was another key player, putting up ten points along with six rebounds and three steals. She has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 15 times she's played.

Acadiana Christian's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Faith Training Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-2.

Faith Training Christian Academy will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Bishop Noland Episcopal Day at 5:30 p.m. on December 2. Acadiana Christian will be paying especially close attention to Faith Training Christian Academy's game: after Faith Training Christian Academy face off against the Eagles, they'll take on Acadiana Christian again at 5:30 p.m. on December 9.
