Plaquemine and North DeSoto squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Plaquemine had to settle for second. They received a blow as they fell 58-44 to the Griffins. The Green Devils were up 14-0 in the first quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.
Several Green Devils players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short.
