Hillsdale has enjoyed the comforts of home their last three games, but now they must head out on the road. They will face off against Milpitas in a playoff game on Friday. The stakes are high as both teams are all in, each fighting to extend its postseason success.
It was all tied up nothing to nothing at the half for Hillsdale and Soquel last week, but Hillsdale stepped up in the second half. The Fighting Knights walked away with a 10 to nothing victory. No one put up better numbers for them than Nathan Iskander, who really brought his A game. He picked up 188 yards on the ground on 34 carries. Iskander has been a consistent playmaker for Hillsdale as this was the fifth good game in a row from him.
Meanwhile, Milpitas earned some postseason bragging rights after a successful outing last Friday. They came out on top against Overfelt by a score of 24-14.
With both teams having displayed their playoff mettle, spectators can expect a high-quality contest. Watch the matchup and check back on MaxPreps.com for all the details.
