Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead San Diego Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Rudy Nieto, who scored 19 points along with five rebounds and five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Nieto has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Josue Flores, who scored 14 points along with seven steals and five rebounds.
San Diego Academy's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for School for Entrepreneurship & Technology, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-17.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. San Diego Academy will take on the Lions at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. King-Chavez Community is no doubt hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses.
