The Highland Rams have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 20 points or more this season. They blew past Wasatch 61-41. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Highland also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Highland's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isaiah Drisdom, who scored 14 points along with five assists. The contest was Drisdom's ninth in a row with at least ten points. Grayson Gaddis was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Highland's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Wasatch, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.
Highland won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Viewmont at 5:30 p.m. on December 28th. Viewmont is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak. Wasatch will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against Layton on Friday. One thing working in Layton's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season.
