Hayden Shaefer made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only two hits while striking out nine over four innings pitched. Shaefer was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with a stolen base, two RBI, and a double.
