Burns dropped down to 6-4 on Friday, ending the team's five-game streak of wins. They were just a hair shy of victory and fell 36-35 to the Shelby Golden Lions. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their loss to the Golden Lions from their previous meeting back in November of 2024.
