The Chapel Hill Panthers's game on Saturday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of Trinity Christian by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that Chapel Hill has lost by exactly one goal.
Their goal came courtesy of
Kenny Pameni, who's now up to seven this season.
Chapel Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Trinity Christian, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Douglas County the next time they take the pitch. Trinity Christian will host Douglas County at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, while Chapel Hill will host them at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
