Northview found their leader in sophomore Quinn Lewis, who went 12-for-14 to rack up 28 points and seven boards. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Lewis has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Brayden Goff, who posted six points in addition to 11 assists and three steals.
Northview smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their offensive rebound total in three consecutive games.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Putnam). They walked away with a 79-69 victory over Edgewood on Saturday.
Northview's win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for South Putnam, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
