Scammon Bay's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Josiah Sundown led the charge by scoring 31 points. Another player making a difference was Stewie Sundown, who scored 22 points.
Scammon Bay's win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 81.5 points per game. As for Emmonak, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-1.
