Despite the loss, North Salinas got a solid performance out of Shane Taylor, who scored 11 points along with five steals. Taylor is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Angel Lizaola, who scored ten points.
Pajaro Valley's loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-15. As for North Salinas, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.
