Holy Family's win on Saturday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Julia Hodell, who scored 11 points along with four steals. Hodell continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Gracie Ward was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with four steals.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Silver Creek struggled to work together and finished the game with only three assists. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Holy Family racked up 23 assists.
Holy Family's win was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-1. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 42.15 points. As for Silver Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 6-9.
Holy Family will head out on the road to take on Greeley Central at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Greeley Central focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 32 on Saturday.
