Central Texas Christian extended their winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Austin Evans. The Lions breezed past the Rosehill Christian Eagles to the tune of 49-0 on Friday thanks in part to Evans, who rushed for 246 yards and three TDs while picking up 15.4 yards per carry. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making six total tackles.

Princeton Schneider was another key player, rushing for 63 yards and one score. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 63 yards.

Central Texas Christian didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Ike Klimchuk and Rhett Humphrey.

Central Texas Christian's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Rosehill Christian, they dropped their record down to 3-3 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Central Texas Christian and Rosehill Christian will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Lions see the field they'll take on Brazos Christian at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th. As for Rosehill Christian, their break will end when they face Covenant Christian at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th.
