Oak Hill found their leader in sophomore Jace Tonagel, who went 7 for 10 from beyond the arc on his way to 39 points in addition to six boards and five assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Tonagel has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Owen Middlesworth, who posted 12 points.
Meanwhile, Eastbrook earned a 48-41 victory over Taylor on Tuesday. The win was all the more spectacular given the Panthers' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 336th, while the Titans are ranked 62nd).
Eastbrook pushed their record up to 5-5 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.0 points per game.
