They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the Shadle Park Highlanders. On the bright side, the three- run effort marked the Panthers' highest-scoring matchup to date.
Lucius Spielman made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Carson Patton, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI.
