Pace is a perfect 3-0 against Gulf Shores since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Patriots will host the Dolphins at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Pace 2.4, Gulf Shores 3.6) so any runs scored will be well earned.
Things were looking good for Pace after they put the first run on the board on Tuesday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell just short of Niceville by a score of 4-3. The Patriots haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Hannah DeMarcus spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and three unearned) runs on six hits and racked up 16 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Kamryn Pierce made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with two runs and one double.
Meanwhile, Gulf Shores never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They came out on top against Viera by a score of 5-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Dolphins.
Not much got past Anna Leigh Price, who gave up just two hits and racked up 11 Ks to keep Viera off the board. With that strong performance, Price is now averaging an impressive 5.1 strikeouts per game.
At the plate, Nevaeh James was a standout: she went 2-for-4 with one home run. Anna Murray was another key player, going 2-for-5 with one triple and two RBI.
Gulf Shores was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Viera only posted a batting average of .083.
Gulf Shores' win bumped their record up to 17-12. As for Pace, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-4.
Wednesday's matchup might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Pace has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .439. However, it's not like Gulf Shores struggles in that department as they've averaged .464. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Pace skirted past Gulf Shores 2-0 in their previous matchup back in March. Will the Patriots repeat their success, or do the Dolphins have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
