George Walton Academy extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Tiedrell Ansley. The Bulldogs had just enough and edged out the Tattnall Square Academy Trojans 55-52 thanks in part to Ansley, who shot 48% from the field to rack up 29 points and seven rebounds. His big performance that evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least 18 points.

Another player making a difference was Jackson Wells, who went 7-for-11 en route to 16 points and six boards. Wells is crushing it when it comes to points: he's scored at least 16 every time he's taken the court this season.

George Walton Academy's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Tattnall Square Academy, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Looking ahead, George Walton Academy will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Bethlehem Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Tattnall Square Academy, they will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against Crawford County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Trojans are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
