Otto-Eldred entered their tilt with Kane on Saturday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 1-0 W against the Wolves. That's the sixth time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 1-0 victory on Saturday.

Otto-Eldred got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 30-26.

Rayel Hakes paced Otto-Eldred's offense, picking up five kills. Hakes got some help from Emma Button and her ten assists. Hakes was also a major player on defense: she and Baylee Francis shared the team lead in blocks, finishing with two each.

Otto-Eldred's win bumped their record up to 16-2-1. As for Kane, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-11-1.
