It's playoff time, and Minarets had no trouble coming through when it counted. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Boron Bobcats 36-7. Considering the Mustangs have won eight matchups by more than 27 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory was the sixth in a row for Minarets, bringing their record up to 12-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 12.3 points on average over those games. As for Boron, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-5.

Coming up, Minarets will be playing in front of their home fans against Orosi at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Boron does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
