The Grace Christian Academy Crusaders posted their biggest win yet this season on Monday. They put the hurt on Unity Christian Academy with a sharp 43-17 victory. With Grace Christian Academy ahead 29-6 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Natalie Dalton was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 18 points and 12 rebounds. She continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Miranda Glenn, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds and two steals.
The win makes it two in a row for Grace Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 8-13. As for Unity Christian Academy, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grace Christian Academy will challenge Momence at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Unity Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to take on College Prep of America at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
