At the plate, Siegfried went 3-for-6 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI, while Jenkins got on base in all six of his plate appearances with three runs, three RBI, and one triple.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Luke Hightower, who went 3-for-4 with five RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high. Austin Kelly was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four runs and two RBI.
Indianapolis Kings always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .623. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Mooresville Christian only posted an OBP of .176.
Indianapolis Kings' victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-5. As for Edgewood, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-9.
