Last Friday, Magnolia Heights couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 10-38 walloping at Madison-Ridgeland Academy hands.
Meanwhile, Lee Academy had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. Last week, they lost to Marshall Academy by a decisive 20-35 margin.
