After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Valley Christian, Seton Catholic was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They blew past the Gilbert Christian Knights 16-3. Considering the Sentinels have won ten matchups by more than six runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.
Brooke Zuluaga made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out 12 over 5.2 innings pitched. She was also big at the plate, scoring five runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances.
