Gaylesville's Gage Davis recorded the longest rushing play in 1A Region 7 this season in his game against Collinsville last week. Davis scampered for 68 yards on the play and finished with 240 on the day as his team lost to the Panthers.
Adding to the longest winning streak in the league this week, Valley Head beat Woodville 53-6. The victory was the eighth in a row for the Tigers.
