McLean County found their leader in underclassman Anna Miller, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. That's the first time this season that Miller scored 15 or more points. Sarah Larkin was another key contributor, scoring five points along with five rebounds.
Despite the loss, Northeast still got an impressive performance from Qimara Summers, who scored 16 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. The contest was Summers' eighth in a row with at least ten points.
McLean County's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Northeast, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.
