Volleyball Recap: Branson's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Saturday

Branson and Rocklin squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Branson had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Thunder by a score of 3-2. The Bulls' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

While Branson ultimately came up short, they really made Rocklin work, particularly in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 21-25, 29-27, 21-25, 15-6.

Branson's loss dropped their record down to 21-8. As for Rocklin, the win was the 14th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 36-4.

Branson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Rocklin, they will venture away from home to face off against Archbishop Mitty at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
