Honoka'a will challenge Molokai on the road at 4:00 PM on Friday. Honoka'a gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener last week. They got past Waimea 20-14. The score was all tied up at the break, but Honoka'a was the better team in the second half. Meanwhile, Molokai had to kick off their season on the road last week, but they showed no ill effects. They got past Pahoa 14-8. Their wins bumped Molokai to 1-0 and Honoka'a to 1-0. We'll see which team can carry over they success and which team inevitably falls when Molokai and Honoka'a clash.
