Melbourne Central Catholic didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Flores, Jahlani Clarke, and Mills picked up one apiece. Clarke is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made eight or more in each of the last nine games he's played. Mills got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Meanwhile, Carrollwood Day strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They blew past Father Lopez 70-3. Considering the Patriots have won seven matchups by more than 33 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Melbourne Central Catholic better keep an eye on Myles Mcdonald. He was instrumental in Carrollwood Day's win, throwing for 167 yards and three TDs while completing 71.4% of his passes.
